The poster submission deadline is Wednesday 30th December 2009
Please use the form below to submit your abstract and note the following:
- The abstract should be no more than 300 words and should follow the specified format.
- Posters must be of the appropriate size to fit a 2m x 1m poster board in portrait style.
- All abstracts must be submitted in the font times new roman, size 12.
- The layout for abstract submission is as follows, Title, Authors, Affiliation, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion.
- In the abstract submission the following must be provided: Name, address and e-mail of presenting author.
- Applicants may display their poster as a powerpoint slide as well as on a poster board. Powerpoint presentations will be limited to one slide per person.
- Final acceptance to scientific programme dependant on registration.
